Australian artist Amy Thai and Don de L’Amour’s floral art and design team, unveils the latest immersive floral installation in one of Asia’s most innovative shopping environments: Matro’s Premier International Shopping Boutique in Suzhou, China. Housed in the Australian and New Zealand Pavillion, this installation spans across two floors, celebrating the sun-drenched vistas and vibrant landscapes of Australia.

Audiences are invited to walk beneath this monumental floral canopy which has been meticulously sculpted with over 150,000 native flowers in their preserved forms capturing the fleeting beauty of nature in a lasting display. This installation mirrors the Australia's landscapes and terrains, from the red earth, sun-kissed warmth of the interior to the lush greenery of coastal regions.

The tapestry features preserved golden kangaroo paw flowers, vibrant wheats, oats, flax flowers, ferns, thistles, rice flowers, and delicate everlasting daisies—each artfully arranged to evoke the tranquility of forested areas and pristine shorelines.

This immersive environment invites you on a multi-sensory journey, where every step deepens your connection to nature. As you wander through, the air fills with the delicate, harmonious aromas of jasmine, thyme, sandalwood, and freesia, each note carefully curated to evoke both serenity and discovery. Breathe deeply and let the fragrance transport you, grounding you in the moment.

The ground is adorned with a mosaic of native grasses and flowers, creating a lush, tactile landscape that invites engagement.
